Group Coaching Session

Our Group Coaching sessions are a wonderful opportunity for you to bring to the group your ideas and challenges you might be facing in your business for us all to provide feedback collectively.

I have always loved group coaching and could argue that this might even be more beneficial than 1:1 coaching as you are not just gaining access to one person’s knowledge and skills but to the whole collective group!

Each member will be given a few minutes to go through the following:

1. A win/ something that is working well in your business (this could be as simple as getting a new client or a process you’ve implemented to save time, don’t overthink it)
2. Something you need help with in your business (this could be a roadblock or challenge that you are currently facing and would love feedback on)
3. One helpful business resource you are currently loving (for example a podcast, book, software, business tool)

I understand for many of us it might feel quite uncomfortable to speak publically in front of the group. You will have the option of participating via the chat box if you feel more comfortable doing that rather than turning on your audio/video. These sessions will be small and intimate to begin with, which should help us all to get more familiar with each other’s businesses.

*While honest feedback is encouraged please be respectful through this process of how others might take your advice and recommendations.
