Kristy Morris CEO, The KAILO Group | Founder, KAILO Nutrition | Co-Founder, KAILO Medispa
Kristy Morris is the visionary CEO of The KAILO Group and a leading force in the global wellness and entrepreneurial industry. As the founder of KAILO Nutrition and co-founder of the award-winning KAILO Medispa, Kristy has built a brand rooted in science, connection, and elevated wellbeing.
She founded the KAILO brand in 2018 following a deeply personal journey – researching natural and integrative treatments to support her son. In pursuit of the best treatment options, she uprooted her family to the US to gain access to world-leading care, and in doing so, recognised a profound gap in Australia’s wellness landscape. Driven by this realisation, she launched KAILO to bring the very best in science-backed, holistic health offerings to others, while also navigating her own health challenges with an autoimmune condition. This lived experience continues to guide her purpose-led leadership and the brand’s commitment to results driven holistic health and well-being, rooted in science.
Under Kristy’s leadership, KAILO was named Australia’s #1 Wellness Brand of 2024, while KAILO Medispa has held the title of Australia’s #1 Wellness Medispa for seven consecutive years – a testament to its consistent excellence and innovation in client care and results-driven therapies.
Kristy was named Australasian Best Wellness CEO by APAC Insider, and spearheaded the launch of KAILO Nutrition into the USA, Dubai, and Germany, securing stockists with the USA’s most premium retailers, Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, and 23 of LA’s Kreation stores. KAILO collaborated with luxury grocer, Grandiose to launch their first smoothie bar in Dubai in April 2025.
In 2025, she led the production of The KAILO Summit, goop’s first-ever event in Australia, which was celebrated by national media as the “Wellness Summit of the Year.”
A mother of three, Kristy balances her fast-paced executive life with deep personal values and a strong connection to purpose. She is set to appear on Grand Designs Australia later this year, showcasing the show’s first-ever Turkish fusion home, a project that reflects her philosophy of mindful living, cultural heritage, innovation, and design-led wellness.
